In the village of Kyzyl-Suu, preparations are underway for the construction of a modern town. This was announced by the akim of the Jetiy-Oguz district, Ermek Bakhauddinov, in an interview with Turmush.

According to the akim, several initiatives have been launched in the region aimed at expanding rural areas and building a new town. "Recently, a special delegation visited Kashgar in China. During negotiations related to the project of the new town in Kyzyl-Suu, we got acquainted with the work of the company that will carry out the construction and discussed plans for residential buildings and other facilities," he noted.

The project will be implemented by a Chinese development company that has been operating on the international stage since 2012 and specializes in modular construction technologies.

During the project discussions, the following aspects were considered:

– the concept of a "city within a city";

– the use of modern modular technologies for housing;

– the creation of a complete social and commercial infrastructure;

– the construction of a modular construction factory on 5 hectares.

The total area of the new town is planned to be 15 hectares, with additional space allocated for the factory.

The discussed timelines for the project's implementation are as follows:

- 2026 — design and launch of the factory;

- 2027 — start of residential construction;

- 2028 — full development of the infrastructure.

In addition, the akim reported that work is also being done to improve livestock breeds, specifically considering the possibility of importing one of the most expensive sheep breeds in the world — "Dulan."
