Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Dastan Jumabekov has proposed an initiative to exclude Independence Day from the provisions of the law regulating noise control.
He emphasized that the draft law, which is currently undergoing its first reading, already includes a similar provision for the celebration of New Year’s: from 10:00 PM on December 31 to 3:00 AM on January 1, the noise regulations do not apply.
Jumabekov suggested doing the same for August 31, which is celebrated as Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan.
