In accordance with the mayor's directive and with the aim of protecting municipal property, reducing financial risks, and complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, all social institutions in the capital were insured with the State Insurance Organization, including "Үмүт үйү".

It should be noted that as of 2025, 65,989 residential properties and 49,308 vehicles, including 2,337 units of municipal transport, are insured in Bishkek. Additionally, 587 municipal facilities have full insurance coverage.
We remind you that on January 6, a fire occurred in the palliative care unit of this institution, resulting in the deaths of two people. Since April 2023, the social service unit "Үмүт үйү" has been under the jurisdiction of the Department of Social Development of the Bishkek city administration and provides social services to elderly people and disabled individuals over the age of 18 who require social assistance.
