The first of these complexes, named "Asman Residence 1," was completed on May 12, 2025, on D. Malashev Street. The main event of the day was the ceremonial handing over of the keys to the new apartments, attended by President Sadyr Japarov.
Later, on August 30, 2025, two more residential complexes—"Asman Residence 2" and "Asman Residence 3"—were commissioned, located on R. Azimov and Zhenizhok Streets in the "Sputnik" district. The head of state was again present at the ceremony of handing over the keys to the new residents. Thus, within one year, 1,224 families received the opportunity to live in new mortgage apartments.
In addition, the construction of seven new residential complexes, designated as "Asman Residence" numbered 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14, is ongoing in the city.
