The Spiritual Administration of Muslims in Kyrgyzstan has announced the date for the start of Ramadan.
According to information provided by the muftiate, the holy month will begin on February 19, 2026.
Taraweeh prayers will be held in the country's mosques on February 18.
The duration of the fast will be 30 days. During this time, Muslims are prohibited from eating and drinking during daylight hours, in accordance with established traditions.
