In collaboration with the Triathlon Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports has announced the launch of the social-sport project "Zhańy Jol." This reality show aims to break the stereotypes of an "office" lifestyle and demonstrate how ordinary employees transform into real athletes.
The goal of the project is to engage civil servants in active sports and showcase their journey from initial steps to the finish line in a serious distance event. Over the course of six and a half months, viewers will be able to follow the participants' preparation, culminating in their performance at the Asian Triathlon Cup for amateurs, scheduled for September 13.
Ten individuals from various state, municipal, and budgetary structures will be selected to participate in the project. The organizers have strict requirements: participants must be aged between 28 and 38, have at least five years of experience in civil service, and no professional sports background. Additionally, participants must be ready for intensive training sessions, which will occur at least three times a week, and undergo mandatory medical examinations.
The preparation process will be documented on camera and broadcast in a series format under the slogan "From the Office to Victory." Applications will be accepted from February 2 to 15, and the competitive selection will take place from February 16 to 18. Official training and filming will start on March 1.
