The first project in the history of Kyrgyzstan includes the selection of 10 participants who must meet certain criteria. These are employees of state structures and budget organizations who do not have sports accolades and have not previously engaged in sports professionally.
Training will be conducted in all three disciplines of triathlon: swimming, cycling, and running.

1. General Information

• State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
• Triathlon Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic
2. Goals and Concept of the Project
The reality show "Жаңы жол" aims to:
• promote mass sports and a healthy lifestyle;
• engage civil servants and employees of budget organizations in regular sports activities;
• demonstrate the transformation of participants from office routine to active participation in triathlon competitions.
The project illustrates the participants' journey from the start of training to their participation in the season's final competition.
3. Project Participants
3.1 Number of Participants
• The project will involve 10 people.
• Each participant represents one state or budget organization.
3.2 Criteria for Participants
Individuals meeting the following criteria are eligible to participate:
1. Age — from 28 to 38 years at the time of application submission.
2. Employees:
• of state institutions,
• municipal services,
• budget organizations.
3. Work experience in public service — at least 5 years, confirmed by a certificate from the workplace.
4. Proficiency in the Kyrgyz language.
5. Absence of professional sports experience (including triathlon and similar sports).
6. Willingness to undergo a medical examination and provide a certificate of eligibility for cyclical sports.
7. Consent to participate in photo and video shooting:
• during training,
• at competitions,
• throughout the entire project.
8. Desire to train at least 3 times a week for 2 hours.
4. Preparation Period
• The preparation will last for 6.5 months.
• Participants will be provided with:
• training base;
• a team of coaches;
• a training program for the disciplines:
• swimming,
• cycling,
• running;
• bicycles for training and competitions.
Training will be conducted under the guidance of specialists from the Triathlon Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. Final Stage of the Project
The finale will be the participation of selected participants in the competitions:
The Asian Cup in Triathlon for amateurs, which will take place on September 13.
6. Media Support for the Project
• Throughout the program, participants will be accompanied by a media team.
Recording:
• of the training process,
• competitions,
• personal stories and successes of participants.
Based on the filmed material, a series of reality shows will be created, which will be published as part of the project. Participants must confirm their consent to the use of their photo and video materials.
7. Application Submission Procedure
To participate, it is necessary to:
1. Fill out an application through a Google form (the link will be posted by the organizers).
2. Attach a video of up to 2 minutes, where the participant:
• briefly introduces themselves,
• shares their motivation for participating in the project.
3. Provide all necessary documents within the specified deadlines.
Application submission period: from February 3 to February 15.
8. Participant Selection
The selection will be conducted by a commission:
• Triathlon Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The organizers:
• independently determine the compliance of candidates with the established criteria;
• may select a larger number of candidates for medical examination.
• After the medical examination, some candidates may be rejected.
The decisions of the selection committee are final and not subject to review.
The selection will take place from February 16 to February 18.
The project starts on March 1.
9. Responsibility and Safety
• Participation is only possible in the absence of medical contraindications.
• Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and documents.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation if the requirements are not met.
