According to the deputy, local residents are facing difficulties with connecting the heating system, as the legislation does not allow this, and the use of electric heaters leads to power outages. People are seeking assistance in resolving their documentation issues.
Nurdan Oruntaev noted that the construction company "Emakom" is in the process of bankruptcy.
He also added: "Currently, this company has no financial resources. There are facilities associated with it in Osh and Bishkek, some of which are completed, while others are still under construction or not yet commissioned. Since last year, the Ministry of Construction has been working on resolving issues with such facilities. The President has instructed us to address unfinished buildings. We will make a decision soon, and you will receive updates. Regarding the specific case in Osh, we are conducting an analysis," the minister explained.
Additionally, he warned citizens not to fall for flashy advertisements when purchasing housing.
Oruntaev urged: "I appeal to the population: it is not advisable to buy apartments, especially at the initial stage of construction, from little-known companies that lack trust. Recent inflation and rising prices for construction materials have led to the bankruptcy of some firms," he emphasized.
