According to him, the restrictions hinder people from using electrical appliances.
Isirailov appealed for assistance to the residents regarding the processing of necessary documents.
In response, Minister of Construction Nurdin Oruntaev reported that as of today, the construction company "Emakom" has been declared bankrupt.
“They lack funds, and their projects in both Osh and Bishkek are causing difficulties. Half of them are completed, while the other half are not,” he explained.
The minister noted that he is making efforts to resolve issues related to the commissioning of completed projects.
“We will provide additional news soon, but for now, the details remain in question,” he added.
Oruntaev also warned people against purchasing housing from unreliable construction companies.
