Sergio Ghor: I arrived in the KR with a simple and clear message from the President of the USA
Sergio Gore emphasized that his visit to Kyrgyzstan is driven by a "clear and simple message from President Donald Trump."
"The United States is committed to cooperating with Central Asia, viewing this region as key. We are ready to develop this commitment over the next three years under the current administration," he noted.
According to him, in the past, the U.S. did not pay enough attention to this region, but now, under Donald Trump, the situation is changing.
"As you may have noticed during the 'C5+1' meeting at the White House last year, interest in the region comes directly from the Oval Office. This underscores the strategic importance we attach to Central Asia, and it is on this basis that we will build our future cooperation," he added.
Sergio Gore also noted that the United States possesses advanced technologies and innovations, ready to work collaboratively with Central Asia to realize mutual potential.
"We see this forum not as a one-time event, but as the start of a long-term and sustainable partnership for months and years to come. The presence of American companies here opens new opportunities for deepening commercial ties with the five Central Asian states. The U.S. actively supports its business structures and is ready to assist their successful operations in this region," he added.
The Special Envoy emphasized that forum participants will work on new initiatives to expand commercial opportunities in key sectors such as e-commerce, artificial intelligence, critical minerals, agriculture, and transportation.
