The plans of the city authorities include the creation of new residential neighborhoods in the "Tunguch" area and around the "Altyn-Ordo" residential complex. This became known during a live broadcast featuring Mederbek Kydyrmaev, the head of the State Enterprise "Bishkekglavarchitectura".
He also noted that in the Sverdlovsk district, on the eastern side of the "Bakay-Ata" residential area, a large park and social facilities are planned to be built at the request of local residents.
Additionally, in the Pervomaisky district, where the Northern bypass road intersects with Fuchik Street, large recreational areas are planned to be developed.
Mederbek Kydyrmaev emphasized that these initiatives are part of the updated master plan for the capital, aimed at improving urban infrastructure and developing public spaces.
