According to information provided by local authorities, the completion of the project is scheduled for 2026.
The new building will be located on Kyiv Street, right behind the City Hall, and the process of designing and preparing all necessary documents is currently underway.
The Vice Mayor Azamat Kadyrov reported that the project was developed back in 2020; however, active construction work will only begin after the planning adjustments are completed.
A fence and metal structures have already been installed on the site, and observations show that the workers are mostly foreign nationals. At the time of publication, there were no official comments from the contractors.
The closure of the parking lot has caused dissatisfaction among the members of the city council, as there are not enough alternative parking spaces available in the vicinity.
