According to information from the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, the wholesale meat sales point has been moved to the "Chuygun" pavilion, which is located on the territory of "Altyn-Taka". Trading here has already actively begun.
This pavilion starts its operations at 03:00.
One of the main advantages of the new site is the ability to purchase meat directly from producers, without intermediaries.“The meat pavilion 'Chuygun' strictly complies with all veterinary and sanitary standards,” the statement notes. “It includes a modern veterinary laboratory, quarantine facilities for meat, refrigeration chambers, and other auxiliary services.”
The press service also emphasized that the entire process, from the arrival of livestock to the sale of meat, is under constant supervision by veterinary specialists.
Additionally, a special zone for selling meat at affordable prices is provided on the territory of the pavilion.
