Now sales will take place in the "Chuygun" pavilion
According to information provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, the wholesale sale of meat has been moved from the Osh market to the trading complex "Altyn-Taka," located in Maevka.
This decision was the result of a special resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and is aimed at ensuring compliance with veterinary and phytosanitary control standards, as well as providing the population with high-quality meat products.
The "Chuygun" pavilion, where meat sales will now take place, occupies 800 square meters. According to the organizers, it fully complies with sanitary and hygienic standards. Inside the pavilion, there are offices and a veterinary service laboratory, a quarantine storage area, and a refrigeration chamber of 90 square meters, as well as other service rooms.
