Former akim of Sokuluk and Alamedin districts Temirlan Birimkulov has passed away

At the age of 81, Temirlan Birimkulov, the former akim of the Sokuluk and Alamudun districts, passed away, as reported by Turmush correspondents in the press service of the Sokuluk District State Administration.

“He passed away on February 2. The farewell ceremony will take place tomorrow at 10:00 in his native village of Asylbash,” the administration noted.

Temirlan Birimkulovich was born in 1945 in the village of Asylbash. In 1978, he completed his studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Kyrgyz State University. From 1968 to 1972, he worked as an electric welder at the Lenin factory, and then from 1972 to 1973, he worked at the Belogorka state farm. From 1978 to 1980, he taught at Kirov Secondary School, after which he served as the deputy director for educational and upbringing work at School No. 2 "Oktyabr" until 1982. From 1982 to 1990, Birimkulov headed the Belogorsk sanatorium school-forestry. In 1990-1991, he worked as an instructor at the Sokuluk District Party Committee and as the director of the "Agrokurulushkomplekt" base in Novo-Troitsk. From 1991 to 1998, he was the first deputy head of the Sokuluk District State Administration, and from 1998 to 2005, he held the position of akim of the Sokuluk District. In 2008-2009, he also served as akim of the Alamudun District.

Temirlan Birimkulov was awarded the "Dank" medal and received several certificates of honor and badges.
