The Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh supported the bill to strengthen control over the activities of homeowners' associations

At a meeting of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which is responsible for industrial policy, transport, and the construction sector, a decision was made to support the bill "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Homeowners' Associations of Residential and Non-Residential Premises in Apartment Buildings."

According to Almazbek Zarylbek uulu, the First Deputy Minister of Justice, the proposed amendments are aimed at improving the functioning of homeowners' associations. The bill includes measures that will help prevent signature falsification, prevent illegal interference by third parties, and clarify the procedure for determining a quorum, ensuring the legality of the decisions made.

One of the main changes is the requirement for notarization of homeowners' associations, which will increase the transparency of the associations' operations and ensure the protection of residents' rights.
