Recently, there have been reports of cases of pheasant illness in Dolinka, Issyk-Kul district, leading to their deaths.
In response to this information, staff from the regional office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision have begun raid inspections in forested areas where pheasants are most commonly found. Currently, no cases of illness have been registered in other areas.
To determine the cause of the illness in the pheasant captured on video, samples have been collected and sent to a specialized veterinary laboratory. Additionally, materials for further analysis will be sent to Bishkek to the National Academy of Sciences.
After receiving the results of the examinations, additional information will be made available, and necessary measures will be taken.
