The Ministry of Labor identified 1,885 violations of the Labor Code
According to data provided by the Service for Control and Supervision of Compliance with Labor Legislation under the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, there were 63 fatal workplace incidents in Kyrgyzstan in the past year, 2025.
During the work of 28 inspectors, 1,173 inspections were conducted, resulting in the identification of 1,885 violations of the Labor Code of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of workplace incidents, 161 workers were injured, of whom 94 sustained serious injuries, and 63 died. The total amount of fines reached 8.838 million soms, of which 6.936 million soms have already been paid. Compensation paid to the families of the deceased employees amounted to 111 million soms.
