In 2025, 28 inspectors conducted 1,173 inspections, resulting in the identification of 1,885 violations of labor legislation. Following these inspections, mandatory compliance orders were issued. Unfortunately, among the incidents recorded, there were 161 injured individuals, of whom 94 sustained serious injuries, and 63 lost their lives. This information was provided by the State Labor Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The total amount of imposed fines amounted to 8.838 million soms, of which 6.936 million soms have already been paid. Compensation paid to the families of deceased workers reached 111.057 million soms. Additionally, the total accrued wages for employees amounted to 14.726 million soms.
The Service also conducted 120 judicial examinations, organized 236 training events on labor protection, processed 1,306 written appeals from citizens, and provided 6,541 oral consultations.
The organization emphasizes that continuous monitoring of compliance with labor legislation is aimed at protecting workers' rights, improving labor discipline, and ensuring safety in the workplace.
