A Food Fair Took Place in the Chuy Region
A food fair was held in the Chuy region, as reported by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the information from the ministry, food products were offered at prices significantly lower than market rates. For example, meat was sold starting at 680 soms, potatoes at 37 soms, and onions at 16 soms.
It should be noted that similar fairs are held throughout the country, covering every district. In some localities, social trading points are established where meat products are offered at affordable prices. Fairs are also planned to continue until June.
"Currently, the stocks of socially significant food products are sufficient," the statement emphasizes.
