Food fairs in Kyrgyzstan will be held until June 2026

Currently, there is no shortage of essential food items in the region, and the existing supplies are considered sufficient. The main goal of the fairs is to maintain stability in the domestic market and ensure the population has access to quality products.
In Bishkek, the fairs take place every Saturday and Sunday, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry in collaboration with the city administration. Here, residents of the capital can buy food products at prices lower than market rates.
Food Fair.
The main objective of these fairs is to curb prices, support socially vulnerable groups in accessing food, as well as assist domestic producers and maintain market stability.
The fairs in Bishkek are held at the following addresses:
- the square named after T. Usubaliev;
- the intersection of I. Razzakov and Abdumomunov streets;
- Erkindik Boulevard (Pervomaisky District).
- the products must meet sanitary and hygienic standards and be of high quality;
- prices must be lower than market prices;
- there must be a confirming letter from the district agricultural administration.
