During the meeting, it was decided to organize a competition and auction for the rental of these properties.
In particular, the following four buildings will be put up for competition:
- "Tatiny" building (Gvardeyskaya St., No. 54).
- Automobile school building (Oboronnaya St., No. 1).
- "Abai" Humanities and Economics College building (Kommunisticheskaya St., No. 1A).
- "Bathhouse" facility (Mira St., No. 20).
Additionally, 36 containers located at the "Kerben" market will also be auctioned. The rental of these properties will be for a period of 5 years, while the bathhouse will be rented for 10 years with the possibility of new construction. Tenants are responsible for carrying out reconstruction and repairs at their own expense, as well as for creating new jobs and improving the adjacent territory.
