In the Suzak district, as part of the service's work, the enforcement proceedings were completed based on the decisions of the Manas City Court, made on October 29, 2020, and January 6, 2021.
The debt was recovered from the debtor I. Y. B. in favor of E. O. R., calculated as one third of his income, as well as with a monthly addition of 2,000 soms for the maintenance of two minor children.
Thanks to the measures taken for enforcement, the amount of the debt was fully paid off and transferred to the claimant in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
