According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzpharmacy" expects to receive a state loan of 2 billion soms in the near future.
Of this amount, 500 million will be directed towards the development of the "El Aman" pharmacy network to provide the population with quality and affordable medicines.

A centralized service unit will also be created for the technical maintenance of medical equipment, and medical engineers will be introduced into healthcare institutions.
It is worth noting that the initiative to open state pharmacies "El Aman" in medical organizations started in September 2023. This idea belonged to the former Minister of Health, Alimkadiru Beyshenaliev. Currently, more than 90 such pharmacies have been opened across the country.
The Ministry of Health previously reported that it was initially planned for medicines in state pharmacies to be cheaper by 15 percent; however, the actual price difference between state and private pharmacies is only 5 percent.
