On January 29, the head of the Social Fund, Bakhtiyar Aliyev, presented an automated information system aimed at modernizing the fund's operations. It will contribute to improving service quality, reducing data processing time, and minimizing corruption risks.
As noted in the statement from the Cabinet of Ministers, "this automated system significantly simplifies the pension application process, freeing citizens from the need to collect paper documents. Now the system will automatically gather the necessary information, which will speed up the review of applications. In addition, the system will ensure a high level of personal data protection and will be able to withstand various cyber threats."
