In the administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, a meeting took place between the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev and the head of the Social Fund Bakhtiyar Aliyev. This was reported on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
During the meeting, a new automated information system of the Social Fund was demonstrated, which represents an important step in reforming the country's pension system.
As noted, the implementation of this system is aimed at modernizing the work of the Social Fund, improving the quality of service for citizens, as well as reducing data processing time and minimizing corruption risks.
The automated system will significantly simplify the process of receiving pensions, freeing citizens from the need to gather paper documents. It will automatically collect the necessary information, which will reduce the time for processing applications. In addition, the system guarantees a high level of protection for personal data and protection against cyber threats.
During the discussion, important issues related to the work of the Social Fund were also addressed.
Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized the need for a consistent implementation of reforms in the fund's activities, stressing that creating comfortable conditions for pensioners is a priority for the agency.
As a result of the meeting, specific instructions were given.
The development of this automated system was carried out in accordance with the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on the "Concept of Digital Transformation of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024–2028."
