The head of the presidential information service noted that the cost of training in private driving schools ranges from 35,000 to 36,000 soms.
Daiyrbek Orunbekov, who holds the position of head of information policy at the presidential administration, reported that for 10 months of training in state driving schools, a fee of 19,000 soms will be charged.
He clarified that the information circulating on social media about training costs reaching 100,000 to 200,000 soms is false.
“The official training price is 19,000 soms. Students will cover expenses for fuel and other associated costs. This is significantly more advantageous compared to private driving schools, where the cost of theoretical and practical courses ranges from 35,000 to 36,000 soms,” he added.
