The Prosecutor's Office initiates the opening of a crisis center in the Moscow District
This information was announced by the district prosecutor's office.
According to the agency, the meeting took place in the building of the district state administration and was initiated by the prosecutor's office.
“Active measures are being taken in the district to prevent domestic violence and violence against children. The participants of the meeting also addressed issues related to the prevention of offenses, protection of victims, and assistance to children and families in difficult situations,” the prosecutor's office noted.
As a result of the meeting, the prosecutor's office called for the necessity of opening a crisis center and centers for the prevention of offenses, as well as ensuring their funding.
In addition, plans were discussed for implementing correctional programs aimed at changing the behavior of those who commit acts of domestic violence, installing video surveillance in disadvantaged areas and around educational institutions, as well as conducting joint raids with law enforcement agencies.
All competent state authorities were instructed to strengthen preventive work and ensure the timely implementation of the decisions made,” the prosecutor's office added.
The district akim Niyazbek Kozyuev emphasized in his speech that measures are already being taken to open the crisis center.
