The schools of constitutionalism were aimed at two professional audiences. The first session was held at Osh State University, gathering faculty members from the law departments of OshSU and Jalal-Abad State University. The second session was organized at the Osh Regional Court, where judges from the Osh and Jalal-Abad regional courts, as well as district judges, gathered.

During the events, key issues concerning the significance of constitutionalism in a rule of law state, the role of the Constitutional Court in state power, as well as practical aspects of applying its acts and principles of constitutional law in judicial practice were discussed.

Emil Oskonbaev, addressing those present, noted that a constant professional dialogue is necessary for the development of constitutionalism. He emphasized that the field format of such schools contributes to closer contact with the regions and helps to consider the real needs of the judicial and educational environment.

The format of the schools included open discussions and active Q&A sessions. At the end of the events, participants were awarded certificates.
