On January 23, field schools dedicated to constitutionalism were held in the city of Osh, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Emil Oskonbaev and judges Chinara Aydarbekova and Meergul Bobukeeva.

These educational events targeted two specific audiences. The first session took place at Osh State University, where faculty members from the law departments of Osh State University and Jalal-Abad State University gathered.

The second session was conducted at the Osh Regional Court and was aimed at judges from the Osh and Jalal-Abad regional courts, as well as district courts in these regions.

During the training, key issues regarding the importance of constitutionalism for the formation of a rule of law state were discussed, as well as the role of the Constitutional Court in the state system and the practical application of its acts and constitutional principles in judicial proceedings.

Oskonbaev, addressing the participants, emphasized that continuous professional dialogue is essential for progress in the field of constitutionalism. He also noted that the field format of the schools helps to better adapt constitutional justice to the needs of the regions and to take into account the demands of both the judicial and academic communities.

The format of discussions at the schools was open, and upon completion of all events, participants received certificates.

Representatives of the Constitutional Court noted that such educational initiatives are an important part of systematic work aimed at strengthening constitutional values, enhancing legal literacy, and fostering a common understanding of the principles of constitutional law in practical activities.
