Today, the mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, issued an order for the demolition of a four-story structure owned by Alimzhan Baigazakov, who previously held the position of deputy mayor and is currently working as an auditor for the Accounts Chamber. This information was provided by the city administration.

During a morning inspection conducted by the mayor along with representatives of relevant services, the building located on Tilek Baatyr Street, near the old bus station, was examined.

According to the municipality, the building was constructed on the territory of the old bus station and within the water protection zone of the Ak-Buura River without the necessary permits.

The city administration noted that the owner was repeatedly offered to dismantle the building, but it has not yet been demolished.

Jenishbek Toktorbaev also instructed the removal of nearby structures, including the old bus station No. 1, which has long lost its purpose.

Furthermore, the city administration reminded that previously, by the mayor's order, another hotel facility, "Kristall," which was also related to the former deputy mayor, had been demolished.
