The mayor of the city of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, has issued an order for the demolition of a four-story building owned by Alimzhan Baigazakov — a former vice-mayor and current auditor of the Accounts Chamber. This information was announced at the mayor's office.

Today, the mayor, along with relevant services, conducted a morning raid during which he inspected the facility located on Tilek Baatyra Street, near the old bus station.

As clarified by the municipality, the building was constructed on the territory of the old bus station and is located in the water protection zone of the Ak-Buura River without the necessary permits.

The mayor's office also noted that the owner has been repeatedly issued official demolition orders; however, the building has not yet been dismantled.

In addition, the mayor ordered the demolition of neighboring structures, including the old bus station No. 1, which has long ceased to function.

It is worth reminding that earlier, at the mayor's directive, the nearby "Kristall" hotel complex, also owned by the former vice-mayor, was already demolished.
