






From 2024 to 2025, the municipal crisis center "Ayalzat" provided social and psychological support to women and children who became victims of domestic and gender-based violence. According to the Bishkek city administration, during this time, assistance was provided to 281 people, including 96 women and 185 children.
As of January 27, 2026, there are 40 people living in the center, including 15 women and 25 children, with a total capacity of 50 places.
Women in difficult situations are offered temporary housing, psychological support, social assistance, legal consultations, and help with referrals.
The "Ayalzat" center actively collaborates with government institutions to prevent violence and provide comprehensive assistance to victims.
The Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanat Sagynbaev, visited the center on January 27 as part of an off-site meeting to familiarize himself with the living conditions and services provided.
This meeting was also attended by the Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Victoria Mozgacheva, and the Director of the Department of Social Development, Aizada Junusova.
