2,882 civil servants fined 13.7 million soms for incorrectly submitted declarations
As a result of the inspection, it was found that 3,472 officials either did not submit a declaration for 2024, or did so late or with inaccurate data.
"Based on Article 438 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, cases were initiated regarding these facts, and the materials were sent to the judicial authorities for further consideration. As a result, 2,882 officials were fined a total of 13 million 674 thousand soms," the press service reports.
As for the remaining officials, the cases are at the stage of judicial proceedings.
