Camera traps captured rare mountain inhabitants in Khan-Teniri Park
Researchers are conducting photo monitoring of wildlife against the backdrop of climate change.
Unique photographs of wildlife have been obtained in the Khan-Teniri State Natural Park. This was reported by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
The NGO "Ilbirs Fund" has installed camera traps as part of the AMIK project, which captured rare species of animals living in the highlands and their behavior in changing climate conditions.
Khan-Teniri is one of the most remote and untouched natural parks in Kyrgyzstan, where animals such as the snow leopard, argali, and maral can be found.
