Talas businessman Ruslanbek Kenjaliev, based on six years of research and personal experience, has created an eco-protein from beans, which he named "Nomads' Nutrition." This product is notable for its high satiety compared to meat analogs, as well as its ease of digestion, making it suitable for people of all age groups—from children to the elderly.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, the production is currently done exclusively by hand, with a volume of about 1.5 tons of product per month. However, it is noted that the demand for eco-protein significantly exceeds its supply.

Kenjaliev emphasizes that bean protein is especially beneficial for diabetics, athletes, and those who lead a healthy lifestyle. It helps lower blood sugar levels, detoxifies the body, and boosts energy levels. Additionally, the Ministry of Defense has shown interest in this product, and preliminary negotiations are currently underway regarding its use in the diet of military personnel.

The entrepreneur plans to build a new workshop that will comply with HACCP standards. This will provide an opportunity to protect local farmers from sharp price fluctuations for beans and open new horizons for export.

If the project is implemented, production volume could increase to 20 tons per month, creating a stable market for local producers.
