Ruslanbek Kenjaliev, an entrepreneur from Talas, has developed an eco-friendly protein from beans, based on six years of research and practical experience. The press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources reports that this product has been named "Nomad's Nutrition."
According to the information, this product is characterized by high nutritional value and ease of digestion, making it suitable for all age groups, including children and the elderly. Currently, production is about 1.5 tons per month and is entirely based on manual labor; however, demand significantly exceeds supply.
Kenjaliev also noted that bean protein is especially beneficial for individuals with diabetes, athletes, and those who adhere to a healthy diet.
The product helps lower blood sugar levels, promotes detoxification, and increases vitality. The Ministry of Defense has shown interest in this product, and preliminary discussions are underway regarding its potential use to supply military personnel.
To increase production capacity, the entrepreneur plans to build a new workshop that will meet HACCP standards. This is expected to protect farmers from sharp fluctuations in bean prices and create opportunities for export. With the launch of the new workshop, production capacity could rise to 20 tons per month, ensuring a stable market for local farmers.
