From January 17, at the instruction of Minister Nurdana Oruntaev, raids are being conducted in Bishkek to monitor compliance with legislation and the quality of construction work.
Violations were recorded at several sites, including the addresses: Sevastopolskaya St., 8; Slavyanskaya St., 6/1; and Furmanov St., 13, where a 14-story residential complex is being built. The Ministry noted that the requirements for technical safety were not observed at the construction sites, and violations of construction standards were also discovered.
Additionally, the contractor created office spaces and held public receptions at the site, which was also regarded as a violation of legislation, considering the increased level of production risk.
After the company's inspection, an administrative fine was imposed, and on January 23, 2026, the commission decided to suspend the license of "Zam Zam Building" for 90 days.
