The incident became known due to social media monitoring
In Bishkek, on Baytik Baatyra Street, officers of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District detained a man who exhibited aggression and used obscene language in a computer club.
This incident was recorded on January 18, 2026, as a result of monitoring publications on social media. Based on this fact, a corresponding case was registered in the information log of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District, and a preliminary investigation was initiated.
During the investigation, in accordance with Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, which provides for liability for "Minor Hooliganism," a citizen named A.Ch., born in 1995, was detained. He is currently placed in a temporary detention cell of the district department.
