In the Talas Region, activities to reduce the number of jackals continue

With the onset of winter, dangerous predators begin to move closer to populated areas, creating a threat to residents. Additionally, their increasing numbers negatively impact the populations of rare birds and animals in mountainous forest areas.
In response to the ongoing threat, planned hunting activities are aimed at reducing the numbers of these dangerous predators. As a result of the efforts in the Aitmatov district, 4 jackals were eliminated, a similar number in the Manas district, and 7 in the Talas district.

Only licensed hunters with all the necessary documents participate in these activities. Additional preventive measures have been taken to protect the local fauna.
