The reason for this decision was technical malfunctions in the data transmission system of the "smart meters," which were recorded in the fourth quarter of last year. "The company understands that issues with receiving readings may have caused difficulties for users, and therefore announces a temporary promotion for the non-imposition of penalties. It should be noted that this decision only applies to debts that arose by the end of December 2025. If the debt is not settled from January to March, the imposition of penalties will resume in the usual manner starting April 1, 2026," the message clarifies.
Currently, the data transmission system is functioning stably, and charges are being made based on the actual readings of the meters.
