"Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" urges subscribers to submit their meter readings
As company representatives clarify, each customer must report the meter readings monthly in accordance with the Rules for the Supply and Use of Natural Gas.
The company emphasizes that readings must be submitted even in cases where they remain unchanged.
“If a subscriber is temporarily not residing at their address and is not using gas, they should notify us by leaving a corresponding statement in their "personal account" on the website gazprom.kg or through the mobile application,” the company added.
According to current regulations, if readings are not submitted, the payment amount is calculated based on average monthly consumption. If meter data is not received for more than three months, "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" has the right to charge according to established standards. This may lead to the need for recalculation in the future.
To prevent unpleasant situations, subscribers should report their readings from the 15th to the 30th of each month. This can be done in several ways:
- through the "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" mobile application;
- in the "personal account" on the website gazprom.kg;
- by calling the contact center at 4444 (calls from mobile are free);
- via WhatsApp at 0701680707;
- through the chat-bot @gazpromkg_bot on Telegram.
