FPC trained over 1,700 leaders of primary organizations in a year
The Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan presented the results of its educational activities and labor monitoring for the year 2025. This was reported by the chairman of the FPK, Muradil Jumadilde uulu, at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency.
“Currently, there are about 6000 chairpersons of primary organizations in our country. In 2025, 1754 people completed training at our institute, which is a significant achievement and confirms a systematic approach to improving the qualifications of our employees,” he noted.
For 2026, the trade union institute plans to expand its educational programs. Training will now be available not only for union members; courses on personnel auditing and other important aspects of labor law are also planned.
In addition to educational activities, the Federation also emphasized the protection of workers' rights. In 2025, monitoring of working conditions was conducted at more than 1300 enterprises in the country.
As the head of the FPK noted, regular inspections and audits are aimed at strengthening the structure of trade unions and, importantly, restoring the trust of ordinary members in the institution of trade union protection.
