At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Gulai Mashrapova raised a serious issue regarding the asphalt concrete plant located in the Kara-Suu district.
She noted that the plant was built by the company "Vega Stroy" in 2025 in the Manas rural area, just 300 meters from the village of Besh-Moynok. Since its opening, local residents have expressed dissatisfaction due to the smoke that reaches their settlement and causes discomfort.
Gulai Mashrapova added that on December 20, the plant temporarily ceased operations due to unfavorable weather conditions; however, in the event of warming, work is planned to resume.
In light of the above, the deputy appealed to Almasbek Abytov, the representative of the president and the Cabinet of Ministers in parliament, requesting the formation of a special commission to assess the impact of the plant on the environment and human health, as well as to take this issue under personal control.
