Call Center: The Sokuluk State Registry is Constantly Facing Problems - No Internet, Databases Not Loading

A resident of the Sokuluk district in the Chui region contacted the Kaktus.media Call Center with a complaint about the insufficient effectiveness of the State Agency for Land Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the State Enterprise "Cadastre" in Sokuluk.

She said: "We came in the morning and stood in line, but we still can't get help. The system is not working, and there is no internet. Why is this happening in 2026? People took time off work and have been waiting for over two hours. Parents could only take one day off to re-register the plot, but no one knows when the system will start working. The employees are just sitting idly. Lunch is coming soon, and the line keeps growing. How can we develop if everything is so slow? We are striving for digitalization, but nothing is changing!”

In response to this situation, representatives of the State Agency assured that urgent measures are being taken to resolve the issues. It is expected that the internet connection will be restored in the coming hours, and the branch's operations will resume as usual.

The State Agency apologizes to all citizens who have sought services at the Sokuluk branch for the temporary inconvenience and asks for understanding regarding the situation that has arisen.
