Eric Moldokulov appointed as the qazi of Jalal-Abad region

Eric Moldokulov, acting representative of the Mufti of Kyrgyzstan in the Naryn region, has been appointed to a new position in the Jalal-Abad region as part of a rotation. The order was signed by Mufti Abdulaziz Zakirov.

Deputy Mufti Shukur Ismailov introduced the new qazi. Previously, Nimatulla Zheenbekov, who held the position of representative of the mufti, was appointed as the chief imam-khatib in the Suzak district.

Eric Tynibekovich Moldokulov was born on January 15, 1985, in the village of Komsomol, located in the Kochkor district of the Naryn region. He graduated from the Sagyndyk Omurbayev Secondary School in 2003 and received a diploma from the Islamic University of Kyrgyzstan in 2009.

Moldokulov began his professional career in 2011, working as a teacher at a madrasa in Naryn, as well as holding leadership positions.

From 2014 to 2020, he served as the imam of the "Saad ibn Abu Waqqas" mosque in Naryn.

From 2020 to 2021, Moldokulov worked as the deputy qazi of the Naryn qaziat, and then, from 2021 to 2026, he held the position of qazi of the Naryn region.

Moldokulov's family status: he is married and is the father of three sons and one daughter. His parents are engaged in agriculture, and the family raises five children.

According to the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, such personnel appointments, like rotations, are carried out as part of a strategic plan of 40 steps aimed at developing the muftiate and improving the level of religious culture in society.
