According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture, this festival is organized at the initiative of the Government of India, and creative groups from Kyrgyzstan are performing on the international stage as cultural ambassadors of their country.
The festival features an artistic program that showcases the history and spiritual heritage of the Kyrgyz people, including national costumes, ancient musical instruments, and theatrical performances based on the epic "Manas."
It is worth noting that in October 2025, a group of 12 musicians from the folk instrument orchestra "Mölmöl" from the Jalal-Abad Regional Philharmonic named after T. Tynybekov also participated in the IX International Festival of Folk Instruments "Ramayana" in India.
