A new project has been launched in Kyrgyzstan, initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the organization TSARKA Kyrgyzstan, aimed at protecting citizens from financial fraud.

According to information from the department, a memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the two parties.

The initiative is based on successful international experience applied in countries such as Japan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

The main element of the project is the "visual pause": special figures of police officers placed near ATMs help reduce the psychological pressure exerted by fraudsters and provide citizens with the opportunity to stop, think about their actions, and make more informed decisions.

Research shows that such measures can lead to a 40% reduction in the level of financial crimes.

The goal of this initiative is to provide preventive protection for the financial security of citizens through the efforts of TSARKA Kyrgyzstan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
