The assistance was organized on January 17 and 18 due to a sharp deterioration in weather conditions, to ensure support for those who are in urgent need.
“In accordance with the directive of the head of the district internal affairs department, Colonel of Police Talgara Mambetkaziev, police officers are patrolling the streets and neighborhoods, offering help to citizens who find themselves in difficult situations. As part of this initiative, transportation is provided for the homeless to temporary shelters in Kara-Balta, as well as assistance to drivers and pedestrians to protect them from the cold and other dangers. Additionally, special attention is being paid to road safety — control over compliance with traffic rules is being intensified in hazardous areas, and preventive measures are being carried out to prevent traffic accidents and regulate traffic,” the press release states.
Currently, three mobile groups have been formed, tasked with ensuring oversight of all aiyl aimaks in the district.
