In Kyrgyzstan, the cost and standards for driving education have changed

The Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic has presented new rules and rates for driving education.

New rules regarding the training for driving motor vehicles have come into effect in Kyrgyzstan. This information was provided by the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

To obtain a category "B" driver's license, 10 months of training will be required, totaling 480 instructional hours. The training program covers traffic rules theory, first aid in case of traffic accidents, legal aspects and ethical standards for drivers, as well as the psychophysiological foundations of driving.

Those aiming to obtain a category "C" license will also need 10 months, but the total number of instructional hours will be 422.

Candidates wishing to obtain both categories simultaneously will need to train for 12 months (576 hours).

The number of questions on the exams has increased from 750 to 2000. Additionally, there are plans to implement artificial intelligence systems for conducting examination tests.

Considering the new rules, the approximate cost of training will change. Previously, it ranged between 25,000 to 25,000 soms, but the exact amount has not yet been announced by the Presidential Administration.

All interested individuals will be able to submit applications for obtaining a driver's license through a special platform.
